I've been doing manual downward stretches along with my FSing the past couple months recently I've noticed a little minor tearing or ripping on the top part of my shaft. It doesn't hurt but with that I am gainging a lot more length ....could that be my tough collagenous tissues dividing and stretching finally?

20: That's good. Your erections are hard, which shows that you aren't overtraning (a lot of men make a mistake here and do too much). However, 1.5 hours every day is a lot for a routine. You may want to lessen the time and increase the intensity in other ways (an extender, more force, etc.). Also, if you're gaining, stick with what you're doing. If not, you may want to change it up by switching around the exercises you use.

When it comes to length, the mantra is to actual exercise with a lower erection level (e.g. 50 percent erect). Jelqing with a higher erection level tends to produce more girth than it does length (thought this isn't true for everyone).

@Wanna: Clamping can be useful, but only when done right (it, like all devices, can be harmful when done wrong). I recommend starting with the manual version of clamping: The Uli. Another great question. While I was writing the book, I searched longed and hard for several weeks to find someone who noticed a loss of sensitivty or injured themselves in someone via penile exercisng. With the jelq, I found no one that could write back (e.g. not a story of a friend of a friend, an actual person). However, I did find one guy who appeared to have a long-term injury due to doing erect bends (which I don't recommend). It's a long story, but I think he's okay now.

(EVO) I talk about it my book and you might be able to find it if you Google it. EVO is basically a forumla of herbs that help increase blood flow. You take extra virgin olive oil, lavender essential oil, resemary essential oil, clary sage essential oil, and lemongrass essential oil, mix it together, and use it as a lubricant/rub it on your penis if you have thrombosis. The guy who created it, Eroset, cured his thrombosis in a matter of days.
