Hi guys

I am thinking about getting back on l-arginine again, i am still continuing to do my Extender workouts is this safe to use while doing so? Cause i don't want it stopping my gains from depleting.

Oh by the way i am on l-arginine w/ L-Ornithine 2,000mg.. And last but not least what is the difference between regular l-arginine and l-arginine HCl :?

HCL is short for hydrochloride. l-arginine HCL is just the full name for l-arginine.

The HCL version just has a higher exposure=dose ratio. Meaning that if you take in 5gms of it you'll most likely be getting the full 5gms. Bioavailability is the full term for it. Personally I think it's the same shit. But, if one has a better absorption rate i'd pay for that one first. Depending on the cost though.
