Man, I hate to hear that.
Definitely take the time to heal. If you can get away with jelqing then by all means, don't let the time go to waste.

i no longer get erections through out the day like i use to. I remember get a hard about 5-10 times a hour now i only get a hard on when its time for sex. anyone else with this problem.

are u using the fastsize? Your penis is probably just "tired" from the stretching. If it's a problem try taking a couple of days off a week for recovery.
