Default Cold head in Extender? (plz help)

Ok, The ONLY way I can get a good stretch is to tighten the straps so that the head gets cold after about 20-30 minutes. I read on some other site (could be bs) that cell death occurs after 20 minutes of your head feeling cold. This raelly scares and confuses me, becaues if this is true, I cant wear this device at all. Is it alright to have a cold head, and does anyone else get this?

You could use cotton gauze or silicone strips to pad your penis. This'll help reduce the restriction of the strap/noose.

You could also buy a silicone sleeve and cut a piece for padding.

kb33 do you put the silicon under the noose on the top, or also on the underside of the penis? Are u using anything else or just silicon and the strap?

I tried it for a few sessions and it works well. I only did it a few times because I use a Vac Cap and just ordered a Phallosan.

The trick to using the silicone for me was getting a 2" wide piece centered at the end of the gland, right where you strap in. The 2nd thing was getting the gland in position directly over the holes in the head piece, so the pressure from the bands pull straight down towards the holes and not towards the tip of my penis.

This was all done with a sleeve that i cut, so it is a complete wrap, and I used the premium FS band I had.

The things i would be worried about are things like cost. I have a setup that I can make my own sleeves with, so I can screw around like this for cheap. If I had to buy them from someone, and I broke one a week it would be about $20 a month to buy them from a PE site. If they don't break, that would be a definate solution for pain. I can still see it restricting bloodflow to an extent, so monitoring and breaks every hour would still need to be a priority.

It is also something you need to keep clean. When i used the noose, I always kept alcohol swabs on me so I could wipe down my band and plastic components. I am not sure if you could use alcohol on the silicone. It may eat it up. So if you are doing this at work, you will need to find a way to wash the silicone. It is a small enough piece that you could keep it in your hand and wash it in the sink with water.

Maybe someone could try with a piece of their auto x sleeve and tell us how it goes since I used my own.

Thanks for that. I'll probably give it a go when I get back to stretching. Another thing I was thinking of trying was simply taping some of that anti-fluid tape all around my glans, thought it might give a bit off support and help keep skin out of the way (uncut). It's very thin compared to the silicon though so may not help.
