I seriously doubt you lost 3/4 of an inch by gaining 10 lbs. Make sure you measured correctly with a good erection, bone pressed, of course. I would think you would have to gain much more than just 10 lbs. to increase your fat pad that much.

If you lost fitness as well that could effect your errection quality, making your penis seem smaller.

take a few measurements and go from there. Your BPEL should not have changed, if 7 was your true length

If 7" was your pre EL before you gain 10lbs and your current EL is 6 1/4" after you gained 10lbs then yes weight is the issue. Every man stores their body fat in different areas. Maybe fat deposits head for your lower body first more so then upper body. If you do lose that 10lbs you should gain that extra 3/4" back. Keep in mind, this is EL. Not BPEL. Had you lost that length in BPEL then it would definitely be a measuring problem.

Since its EL, just lose the 10lbs and you should be back to normal.

It doesn't truly effect your size. It merely only covers up more of your base when you have all that fat around it. If you measure BONE PRESSED from the beginning, there should be no change in your BPEL whether you gained or lost 10lbs.
But yeah, I know the lot of you guys on this forum strictly go by erect length, because "that's what's visible" etc. So keep your health in check, and drop that weight.
