That's how I have been stretching for a few weeks too now. It feels like a good stretch, and it's definitely more comfortable than noose, but my glans have turned red in colour where they stay in the headpiece. I, like you, didn't bother wrapping, so I am not sure if wrapping may have helped, but I definitely don't want weird looking glans that would scare away girls :? How long have you been stretching that way and have you experienced this too?

The only good stretch I get is when I use the ProExtender, excercises do work, but it will take 1/3 the time if you use a good device. It will be a lot more painful, but in the end worth the trouble.

I was just reading some more on which direction to stretch, and in another forum they were saying the following:
1. Stretch UP = Helps grows your ligament (inner penis) 2. Stretch DOWN = Helps grows your tunica You can determine which to grow first, usually ligament is better to grow first, then work on the tunica. This can be determined by knowing your LOT (loss of tugback). Don't know if this theory is still in affect, but this is what I read so far. Just wanted to share it with you all in case you wanted to know. |

so i'm thinking about fastsize thing but then i saw that picture. ow ow does that hurt? :shock:
it looks like your penis is about to snap in half. haha, i'm j/k but seriously is fastsize comfortable or does it kinda hurt when you use it? |

IMO, you are going to experience some discomfort with any of these techniques. You are applying pressure on your penis ligamint to stretch and grow. It is all up to you as far as how much tension you are using.
